Quattro Gatti gathered friends & tastemakers at Via Cassia in Hudson NY for an evening that transported guests straight to the green heart of Italy.

We opened with the Umbrian Spritz — chamomile-infused Gin Classico, apricot liqueur, dry vermouth, sparkling wine, and a grilled peach slice.

Guests enjoyed an Umbrian-inspired dinner, perfectly paired with a Balsamic Negroni crafted with Olive Grove Gin.
